312 Recovery Songs

I always thought this is a place for something good, funny, beautiful, and not too personal. But this time I change my mind and tell the exact fact. Four weeks ago I got really sick and fainted suddenly and fell backwards on the floor unconsciously. I hit back of my head and was badly injured. The scar needed 8 stitches, but thanks to the strong skull my brain was luckily all safe. I also got bruise around my right eye, and found dysomia and dysgeusia (disorder of smell and taste caused by an inner shock to nerve systems.)

None of these seems good or funny, but the incident gave me long enough time to rest and think about myself and everything. Finally I'm convinced that this was a good chance, even though my condition is yet to recover. Some might understand and I don't dare to explain why.

After two weeks' pain and uneasiness I could finally feel like listening to the music. Here's some of them that somehow turn me up.

The Verve "Bitter Sweet Symphony" ---Simply the great song
Bill Withers "Lovely Day" ---Peaceful, warm and lovely
Dido "Quiet Times" ---Calming down to relief
Ray Charles "You Are My Sunshine" ---Funky Energy
B.J Thomas "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head" ---Positive
Earth Wind & Fire "September" ---Happiness
The Beatles "Hey Bulldog" ---Strong and cool
Royksopp "Happy Up Here" ---Pure fun and joy
Matchbox 20 "How Far We've Come" ---Awesomely powerful and moving

and Michael Jackson "Man In The Mirror" ---Truthful masterpiece
"If You Wanna Make The World A Better Place
Take A Look At Yourself, And Then Make A Change"
