240 Diamond Jubilee

Even if you're not interested in British Monarchy, and no matter how ignorant you may be of Her Majesty's 60-years reign, The Queen's Diamond Jubilee is taking place and never fails to attract us simply because it is something great. It keeps reminding me of my first time overseas trip to London in 1999.
So here are my discoveries of "greats" there that I would like to humbly share as a little celebration to the country.
-In London tube, everything from the train, platform, stairs and escalators are actually tube.
-Tubes are so fast that you'd clash with other passengers unless you take a good hold of the handrail.
-From London to Dover there's a beautiful pastoral landscape which looks like a golf course.
-London taxi is so huge, and thanks to the high seat you could look out over the street.
-Tower Bridge is so huge and so high. The Palace of Westminster is even more, and is overwhelmingly pointed everywhere.
-In every street you could sense their love for chairs and furniture. Every homes seem to be proud of interior design and styling.
-British Museum is huge. It’s great because some of the most valuable and curious things are placed so casually.
-People in London are so diverse.
-Sartorial taste, especially in suits, is splendid.
-Sandwiches are so nice. I have turkey sandwich at lunch and have avocado sandwich at dinner. I'd be delighted to have sandwiches at every meal.
-City of London is cool.
-Canary wharf is stylish.
-And the sunset on River Thames is just superb.
