I saw this in DIESEL shop window. It's interesting very much. This is itself smart remark and in a way philosphical. Don't we always have Answers after Questions, do we? Answers exists because there are questions. If there is no question, answers neither. But on the other hands Answer and Truth are different. Truth exists even if there is no question.However, there is no absolute truth. (Remember, hundreds of years ago people believe that the sun turns around the earth. It was the truth.)
So if I add some stupid words to this, SMART MAY SEE THE TRUTH BUT STUPID HAS ALL THE ALTERNATIVE TRUTH THAT MAY POSSIBLY BECOME THE TRUTH.
